Skype is a very useful program to communicate with people all over the world. You can chat via Skype with more than 2 people, and you can also talking through this software too. IT is very easy and very comfortable to use, as we can see and hear each other with this free software.

•           Easy to use

•           Sound is very clear

Cons:

•           Non

Summary: 

Skype is very helpful in working; I can communicate with customers or coworkers at any time and place. We can also transfer file via this program too. My customers and I will be close to each other as we see each other face when talking on Skype.

Pros:

•           Very helpful for newly business

Cons:

•           Not very helpful for big business

Summary:

This program will be very helpful for my client to start their new business. There are plenty of advises to build a highly successful small business. And my clients and I can also keep of their business, and we can both working on it very effectively.

Yahoo Mail is a very useful website, which users can send free e-mail to each other throughout the world. It is very easy to use and security level is very high. There are also more features that the users have benefit, they can read hot news, listen to music, play game, and watch movie for free on this site.

Pros:

·         Has many benefits with their features

·         Mail for free

·         High Security

Cons:

·         It took long time for big file to be received to the Inbox

Summary:

My clients and I can contact each other anytime, even though it is not work hour. I can also receive the file from my clients request me to do. Moreover, when I go abroad I still can work through sending my work by Yahoo mail. Most importantly it is free to access.
